Race Face Next R Cinch Crank Arms - 2019

This stiff combination transfers every step into the pedal uncompromisingly on the underground! At 485 grams, the Next R crankset only weighs a little more than the ultra-light Next SL G4 crankset. The low weight is achieved by the hollow carbon crank arms and the crankshaft made of 7050 aluminum. Due to larger wall thicknesses compared to the Next SL, the Next R crank arms are also approved for hard Enduro use. Also, the pedal inserts have been reinforced with adopted technologies from the SixC Downhill crank to meet the greater demands.

The crankshaft is optimized for its width of 136 millimeters for frame with 148 mm BOOST standard. With a diameter of 30 millimeters, it is compatible with all standard bottom bracket standards such as BSA, Pressfit92 and PF30. If necessary, the shaft can also be replaced with a wider version for FatBikes. The highlight of the Next R is the CINCH system. An integrated wave profile in the right crank arm allows the Spider to be easily and quickly mounted, as can be disassembled. The spider is then secured with a lock ring. The assembly takes place via a commercially available bottom bracket key for cartridge bearings.

*Chainring is not included
